Recognitions & Memberships
Given that there are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of accreditation bodies around the world, accreditaton and recognition appears to be a very complex issue - no one course/programme is ever going to be accredited or recognised everywhere. Your main concern should be that you choose the education that is going to be meaningful and able to meet your needs and help you achieve the goals that you have set yourself:
- SCI courses are quality programmes and highly credible.
- To assess our credibility please look at the quality of our tutors and administration staff and tutors, the student testimonials and the quality and depth of our courses.
Formal Recognition
SCI is the vocational arm of Warnborough College Ireland. It is part of the ACS Global Network of colleges who have been offering educational courses since 1979. The quality of these courses command respect in academic circles within a range of disciplines in the UK, Australia and beyond. Many of our staff include world-renowned academics from several countries, and it maintains active partnerships with respected institutions in several countries including Ireland, Australia and Singapore. Many of these affiliates are formally recognised by government education authorities in their respective countries.
SCI Quality Policy
SCI will strive to continually improve the high levels of service and courses to our clients, through commitment and dedication of the management, and all staff, in all SCI activities.
This will be achieved by: -
- Operating and adhering to, a formal Quality Management System.
- Enhancing the skills of SCI administrators and faculty, through training and career development, recognising that SCI administrators and faculty are our most important resource.
- Encouraging and fostering a spirit of teamwork among all members of SCI, so that everybody can contribute to the success and improvement of SCI.
- Reviewing the success of SCI quality objectives on a regular basis.
Our key quality objectives are the increased satisfaction of our students and customers, measured by the continued expansion of SCI student and customer numbers, continued expansion of courses, and the improvement of our quality management system through the effective implementation of organisational processes and best practice.
This Quality Policy will be displayed in prominent positions throughout SCI facilities, and will form part of all new staff induction training. This Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability.
This Quality Policy is extracted from the official Quality Manual of Warnborough College Ireland.
